This one won't really change the court that much. In cases that were close where he could have been the swing vote, Kennedy voted with conservatives 71% of the time. He wasn't the moderate a lot of people make him out to be.

The one the Dems should be worried about is Ginsberg and they should still be pissed about having a seat stolen from Obama.
