U.S. Urges full out Oil embargo of North Korea
 
If I remember my history, the final straw that led to the Japanese attacking Pearl Harbor and bringing the U.S. into WWII in the Pacific was the U.S. Oil embargo of Japan.

The U.S. is now urging a full out oil embargo of North Korea.
