I do that without any issues.

The only thing that would stop you would be DMCA.

How?I mean how to avoid dmca?just using homemade clips ?

if u have the correct license to the videos , there is no issues

I suppose you'd only ask this question if you don't have the proper licensing for your content

If you´re uploading content to your own site & server and have all legit papers, then why would you have a dmca issue?!?

Are these videos from a sponsor you deal with? Or videos you see, like and post? If offered by a sponsor and you’re an affiliate, you can host them if the USA host allows adult content. But stealing videos to post for no profit to owner is illegal.
