Berlin in Germany is Europe’s leading start-up capital, with a vibrancy and pace that is truly inspirational. We – an one and a half year old adult start-up from Berlin – bring this spirit to Montreal.

Together with our Canadian and German partners, we build international online and offline adult entertainment brands. In early August 2018, we will open our new 2,100 sq ft rooftop office in the middle of Montreal; just some meters away from Parc La Fontaine with two beautiful terraces – one with view above the city, the other is directed to Parc La Fontaine.

We are looking for passionate German-speaking individuals who are eager to learn new things and love to push the boundaries of what is possible.

Job Description

• Developing and working on the online marketing strategy of our new German brand together with your colleagues
• Devising strategies, setting up processes and execution of driving online traffic to the brand website (e.g. cooperations, affiliates, SEM, SEO, social media, email marketing)
• Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website (e.g. usability, design, content and conversion)
• Maximization of the revenue per user (e.g. establishing of cross-sales, upsales, white label products)
• Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of the brand’s online marketing
• Building new partnerships on 3 to 6 international conferences and trade shows per year and ensuring follow-ups with our international partners

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in online marketing
• Very good communication and writing skills in German and English
• Eligibility to work in Canada
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast paced and dynamic environment while communicating with other team members and departments
• Team player who is driven by results
• Highly organized and able to plan tasks according to their priority
• Demonstrating leadership by offering new solutions and suggestions to improve processes
• Problem solving skills and ability to tackle obstacles head-on with agility and finesse
