Even if the Russia investigation was a dude, Trump has still fucked himself with obstruction of justice on multiple accounts and conspiracy.. The only real question is when is he taken down and how many more of the scumbags go down with him..

Even though Manafort's criminal activities seem to be unrelated to Trump/Russia, getting to the bottom of it will help answer the big question which could be the key to everything...how did Manafort end up as Trump's campaign manager? What was the exact set of circumstances for a guy who is in debt to Russian oligarchs to end up working as Donald Trump's campaign manager pro bono?

In all honesty, it seems like Trump had no idea who Manafort was. It's not like they had a long history together, or any history at all. Trump has zero experience in politics, and generally speaking Trump has always had a very small staff. Suddenly he had to run a political campaign, and he had to take on all kinds of people he didn't know. Manafort, Flynn, Sessions - Trump didn't know any of these people until he created a political campaign.

The problem with Trump is his inner core is rotten. He hires bad people because he takes the advice of bad people. Every last person Trump hires is bad. Take Jeff Sessions - The person in charge of our nation's justice department directly lied under oath about having secret meetings with the Russian ambassador which STILL hasn't been explained. It's gotten so bad that the Attorney General of the United States has to recuse himself from what is most likely the biggest investigation in American history. Yet somehow this is perfectly acceptable.
