Image/Media rights for Cam Models
 

Hello all,

I'm an affiliate who promotes cams, and I'm curious if I'm allowed to use the images and videos released publicly by cam models in my work. If a model tweets out an image or puts a video up for public download, am I totally free to use those as content on my site?

I also recently signed up on MCprofits, where models upload media for marketing purposes. Maybe some cam models are registered?

what better way to know for sure and obtain legal leverage then to drop a message to the model and ask for prior consent and permission. It became a standard habit of mine when I follow a model and they all appreciate the gesture.

Whatever you post, should be to benefit the model... and you can earn your commission.

However, posting images should not be about giving away the house on the first image view.

The less-"X"-rated the better. You are exploiting the model, if you go for the genitals.
