anyone from epayments on GFY?

I want to register but it has this message:

We are still unable to issue new ePayments cards. We will continue to work to bring this service back online as soon as possible. You can still register for your ePayments account and enjoy all the other benefits and features of ePayments, we will then keep you posted as to the availability of our cards.

never, they have problems with Mastercard , forget about them.

I think there is a Major Crack down on those Prepaid card.

Even Money Mart can't Deliver on time their prepaid card ( 3 - 4 month later )
