you guys asked about my homeowners ins...

it works like this, I had insurance on my biz for years and years, like $1200 a year, no big deal, right? so here's what happened. my ins agent told me my policy would be canceled if I filed a claim because I produced porn. for those of you unaware producing porn has little in common with being a webmaster. in fact I doubt the ins company would void your ins for being a webmaster. as much as you like to think your living on the edge being in porn... lol!

any way my ins went to like 7K to insure the 'porn biz'... where I was living I wasn't worried about theft, I left my door unlocked when I lived in Cornel... my place was gated with a 100 yard driveway running up a hill 5 miles from town... biz was bad so I let my ins go.

when I moved to malibu I am at the end of a 2 mile private dirt road with 2 massive gates watched by 250 cameras 24/7.. I really didn't even consider theft... and then WFT a fire.. that gd fire burned my place, left the place next door and my trailer on the other side I think, just burned my stuff down.... lol!!

and the super serious side... I might have found a shooting gig, keeping my fingers crossed. I'm very grateful indeed for the support and prayers, thank you B

That sucks.. insurance companies did that shit for houses in FL because of the hurricanes. If you had any sort of claim they'd raise your rates to the point you had to drop it then no one would insure you because they want out of the state..

Bassicly when they do this, it's because they want out of that market or have too many people insured all at the same risk so they want to lesson their exposure by jacking rates on who ever they can.

ins is a pretty crafty lot. I had read that in prewar germany the ins companies were complaining about all the deaths they had to pay out on the jews they forced the government to relocate the camps outside germany. that way the ins companies could void the policy due to immigration that was at about the same time that fanta was created by coke to keep selling coke to the nazies. :2 cents:
