The DNC Leaks came first, before the 2016 primary.

The Podesta email leak came after the primary. Metadata / transfer speed has shown the data was copied directly from the server and not hacked over the internet.

It's theorized that it was Rich who leaked the Podesta emails after the DNC screwed Bernie.

The original DNC leaks could have been hacked, sure.

It's pure evil to torment the parents of a dead child but this is something Trump supporters love to do they did it to Sandy Hook parents and they did it to the actual child victims of parkland high school shooting.
