It's interesting how the GFY Republicans are suddenly silent about voter fraud in North Carolina
There were no shortage of threads and posts about alleged voter fraud in Florida as they were dealing with that mass. Now that it is Republicans blamed for the alleged fraud in North Carolina. . . crickets. Imagine that.
In case you are curious. The allegations are that a member of the Republican candidate's campaign went around to to the homes of hundreds, maybe even a few thousand, older democrat voter's who requested an absentee ballots home and posed as an election official. They "offered" to turn the ballot in for them then either modified it or just destroyed it. The election officials from that state are now thinking about having a new election. |
Oh don't you worry, there will be plenty of talk about absentee ballots. Broward was just a side show.

My bet is nothing really happens in NC or Broward and surely not in CA since Brown made it legal... (that's how Dems flipped some many seats) They don't want a 2016 redux and 2018 was just a practice run |

Of course there should be investigations into any voting issues. The voting system in this country needs a massive overhaul. |

This is amazing... We now have Republicans stealing votes through voter fraud by the hundreds while posing as election representatives just to ensure they keep a seat they've had for decades.

And from what I have seen in my lifetime...politicians are all about personal enrichment. Which shouldn't come as any surprise since most of us who aren't monks or Mother Teresa are exactly the same. Difference is politicians have figured out that the most profitable place to enrich yourself is by gaining power in govt. So while most of us are busting ass in the "real world" to try and acquire our fortunes, they are using politics to gain their fortune. Anyone who thinks that any politician isn't a crook is just naive. That's why I don't trust any of them once they have been in "public service" for more than a year. Any of the real ideology that they may have had in the beginning is long gone after they have worked their way up through the party from local politics to state politics to national politics. Hell, that's one of the reasons I voted for Trump. At least his greed is honest and comes from the same place as the rest of us. But the lifetime/career politicians that have been running our country for decades? They are a whole different breed of shit. |
