The state of Tumblr

Just kind of curious what everybody else is doing. NSFW blogs no longer show in the search results unless they are already following you.. same goes for posts and hashtags. I have a nsfw blog with about 40k followers and now all of my previous posts are flagged as adult for review. I can start posting PG pics on it, but it will still be flagged as NSFW. Im sure Twitter and Reddit will eventually follow. Facebook is ridiculous.. i posted a completely PG pic and it wasnt even borderline... now i cant post for a month. ugh

Is the best idea to just start a new one that is PG and not NSFW?

Thanks

Yea looks like i need to just start a new one instead of putting effort into one thats heavily censored and fked. Even if i clean it up and post pg.. will still be flagged as explicit.

One thing i wonder.. if you post PG content, but have links to adult content, will that flag it as an explicit account?

Give up on Tumblr, they are going to ban all kind of porn from its platform.

Shitlibs demanded that social media companies clean up their platforms. Then when conservatives bitched about it the shitlibs said it's their company they can run the sites how they want.

Now shitlibs are bitching about Tumblr banning nudity in an attempt to continue the cleanup.

Just remember who started this.

Things were great before shitlibs put pressure on companies to not advertise on "offensive" pages.

Because there is a lot of buzz online - on Twitter - from Adult online performers setting up their Twitter alternatives, I set up as many as I could find.

Caution - these are Male oriented:

Except for XTube, ManyVids and PornHub, these are very new and under construction:

https://onlyfans.com/coachkarl/?ref=5368881

With most of those, the huge difference compared to Twitter is that they sell our Clips for us.

And Yahoo Groups https://www.dudelodge.com/images/Yah...psInclude.html. My Yahoo Groups have been there starting 2004.

I finally dealt with downloading my Archive.

1) I could not log in and Tumb would not send me the password reset. Being a viewer, in another username, still lets me create an Archive of my site, and I can P)rint it - Save As > PDF. With clickable links!

2) OSX Mojave made a complete mess of the Tumblr Archive PDF. Both Chrome and Safari.

3) Android made a wonderful Tumblr Archive PDF.

4) Which I emailed to one of my email addresses in a Gmail open on my Mac. And then I downloaded and saved.

Kludge, kludge, kludge...

Apple Preview under OSX Mojave is now not properly, always, displaying images in a .PDF.

Cannot find a consistent answer on a Google search. It has been a topic for a couple of years. Just started happening to me with Mojave.

I downloaded Acrobat. Maybe I downloaded "Pro". So, my .PDFs are fine. It s just that the messed with Preview!

Here is hoping someone walks up to you and just punches you in the face :thumbsup
