Can This Steal From Our Chaturbate Affiliate Cookie?

So I got a wordpress site that has affliate links straight to chaturbate I clicked through one of the most clicked on links and I saw this

If someone signs ups on those circled can that effectively give them the cookie and therefore the signup and possible revenue?

If visitors came from your affiliate link first, then you will be credited for all the sales they generate since the first cookie counts but it is best to report such accounts.

so if someone is coming clean from a website or direct link (with no cookie), this action also does not make sense because I will not overwrite the cookie CB (100% no reff) profit :)
