i mean can i buy domain having those words in it ?

i dont want to loose domain later, just because it contains the word.

Yes they are trademarks. Don't use them in a domain you don't want to lose.

Well, that 's something new , i didnt know you can embed video without regular embed, this is more hotlink then embed.

There's a discussion on another forum from December where a guy is upset he lost a domain with xvideos in it. So they do monitor and take action when it suits them

Even when you get an OK from the trademark owner to use their name in a domain since it's only promoting their site. They'll even pay you for the clicks and then they will turn around and stab you in the back after you build up the site to file a trademark claim on you and take your domain! been there, done that!
