I actually see people face timing and driving now.

I do it all the time, I am trying to stop thou!

I keep my cell phone in my front pocket when I am driving. I have bluetooth for calls.

If the cell is on the dashboard let say hook to a stand i think its legal. But i could be wrong.


After i got my first and only Ticket for distract driving $287 for holding my cell in my hand, i only use speaker on my phone since and i barely touch my cell when my truck is moving. In my city you don't go to court to negociate the tickets fines :1orglaugh because the judge will come to you and Beach Slap you :1orglaugh (jk) they have no pitty for Distract driving in my city.

I hardly even text anyone . . .

They have test cameras here to start catching people, what was scary is the quality of the pictures they are able to take, no more leaving a bag of pot on the seat ;)

I used to have that problem and Android Auto took care of that for me. Voice to Text through console is great.
