all sites (youtube, google, yahoo, facebook) content is like a part of A Movie or A Game or A ... .
If they are Theft, so the whole internet is theft.

Try putting up an unedited clip from a movie or music video up on Youtube or facebook and you will usually have it blocked in seconds from when you post it.

Google is a search engine, if you want to be found on the internet you must be in google, even there though there are literally millions of take down requests sent to google every day for stuff that the site indexed does not have rights to.

The days of the wild west on the internet are long over unless you want to play the game of "whack a mole" with DMCA on a constant basis.

Best bet is to use legal content, that you own rights to or have permission to use.
