A mix of all the above, OBS is your friend. However, the hype of "thousands a night" is a little over, unless you come with a Theme every day and work goal oriented. People on CB tend to tip a few, and then keep your cam on Fullscreen on a TV somewhere in a Kitchen (seen it happen)
