I was hoping it would be the federal reserve.

Small compact government is a good thing, though Trump will find a way to fuck it up.

The larger an agency is in our government the longer things take with that agency to get done. If you have too many small agencies and that becomes a problem as well you have to find just the right balance to be streamlined without being crippled.
