TJ is good but have some problems in their banners.

exoclick seems reliable and trustworthy but CPM is low.

You can use Pushy ads. they have high rates for adult websites by push notifications.

How this push ads work?
They pay for 1000 sub or 1000 shows?

Thanks - since they sort of set the standard (as pay site you must be better than them) it helps to know what they are making off CPM. Everyone says they make shit off CPM and they only really make money off joins.

This tool shows Exoclick at .04 CPM. Is that supposed to show the minimum bid or the actual bid price? It seems to never change on your graph?
