The owner of said servers was then framed in a big way by these foreign intel individuals because they determined he foiled their plans.

If the press were doing their job, they would have been asking those senators on the record on individual issues in constitutionality. The few that have did not go well for them. They looked as stupid as they are. My guess is they have all avoided questions from the press on issues except where there is a controlled environment.

If your geniusness isn't familiar with exculpatory evidence let me fill you in... Obviously these recordings are FROM the FBI... Which means they withheld these recordings from the FISA court upon application. They are/were legally required to include any exculpatory evidence.. It's 100% guaranteed these recordings tell a different tale that's been told.. Which means the FBI intentionally withheld THEIR OWN exculpatory evidence knowing full well it would most likely mean a denial in their request.

In addition, how much do you want to bet they also didn't inform the court that Page was on FBI payroll as of June 2016 as a witness against Russians....

Never in the history of FISA warrant's has there been a more legit reason to issue one.

A presidential candidate was publicly denying ANY Russian interactions, yet the FBI and later on us public learned there was more than 250, all were lied about, all were denied.. and ALL were proved to be true.... by Republican lead investigations.

If these allegations prove to be true, then yes I suppose it would be 100% treason.

However, since I agree with Obama and Hillary politically, I'm at a complete loss to understand what law, if any, has even been broken.

The FBI is required to submit only 'verified information' and to alert the court to any omissions of material fact that cast doubt on the supporting evidence.

Trump campaign: Federal prosecutors investigating large donation made by real estate mogul

An investigation into the finances of Donald Trump’s inaugural committee has drawn attention and scrutiny to a massive donation of $1m (£790,000).

Federal prosecutors in Manhattan issued a subpoena last year demanding an array of financial records, including any “communications regarding or relating to the possibility of donations by foreign nationals.”

Nothing will come of this, because Trump seems to get away with everything. If Trump had been truly punished for all of the lawbreaking and shady things he does, he would be serving 10 life sentences.

Even though I would expect 'some' hanky panky here, I don't think they will make much stick in court.
The methods have been used by many over the years and I don't doubt donalds may be more severe, it's just hard to prove the 'favors' in return. So it stinks when you smell it, and that is about it.
