So sick of these beaners. No respect for the neighborhoods they move into. Such low standards.

I don't know about where any of you live, but we have this thing where you have to buy special large paper bags to put yard waste in and then put a sticker on the bag. Then the garage truck picks it up.

So these beaners move in and pile up like twenty of these bags at the curb, but they have no stickers. So the garbage doesn't take them. Next week, still no stickers, still not being picked up. Now at this point anyone but dumb Mexicans would probably think to research this a bit and see what's going on. But no. Not dumb beaners. Those bags sat there at the curb for a full month with no stickers.

Finally they add stickers and they get picked up. Now at the end of their driveway is a huge dead area where grass once was. I'd be shocked if they repaired that.

BaldBastard 07-18-2019 11:57 PM

Could of been resolved by a knock on the door and a friendly " Hello! New Neighbours", instead of watching it go on for a month.

I applaud them for moving in and immediately cleaning up their yard and trimming all their trees and shrubs to do their part in making the neighborhood look better. Just think everyone on your block had enough pride to fill up 20 bags of yard waste and overgrowth.

So they didn't know about the stickers, you could have taken the time to drop off a few and welcomed them to the neighborhood, unless of course, you were too scared to.

That would mean he would have to leave the house.

And talk to a brown person.

And that would mean he would catch the AIDS.

And they would probably rape him.

So best that he stays in and makes pointless racist posts on a dying porn forum.

You go girl.

Paul Markham 07-19-2019 03:38 AM

Racist scum, don't they know they have to fit in with the beaners culture rather than they fit in with the one in their new home. </sarcasm>

They would have an excuse if they had noticed their garbage wasn't picked up with the rest at the time the garbage men were in the area. Waiting a month shows badly for them.

CurrentlySober 07-19-2019 04:19 AM

When you moved in, how did you know to use stickers yourself? Were there signs up that are no longer there, or did a neighbour inform you?
Where do you get your stickers from anyway?

HairyChick 07-19-2019 05:41 AM

I’m not familiar with the phrase you used. I had to google it and now I know

You posted that to rile people and cause arguments

Not biting.

You live in a shithole.

Where I live we put our hearts desire in the dumpster and 2 days later it disappears. Trash pickup every 2 days.

No special bags.

No stickers.

That's shithole country you live in where the municipality is so poor they have to make you jump through hoops to have normal simple stuff accomplished. Your shithole "special bags & stickers" bullshit for trash is the kind of stuff done in shitholes in the Northeast like Baltimore, Boston or Philadelphia. You need to move out of the shithole gutter town you live in.

Move to normal place where you can put your hearts desire in a dumpster and it disappears in 2 days for free.

I think he started there. never been anything other than a hateful person from what I read of his stuff

dialogue and communication are so important but some peeps are really set in their ways and I think he's one of them. so I guess he does have something in common with cranky old(er) peeps set in very rigid mindsets. he dehumanized his own neighbors he didn't even bother to get to know by calling them a slur, kinda speaks volumes

That's because you live in an apartment complex and have communal trash receptacles .

It's different when you're a home owner.

In Orange County California, where I live, whether you own your home or you rent you don't have to pay for special bags and stickers for your trash to be picked up. You put trash on the street and it's picked up and they bill you.

See, in California we realize that if there's trash on the street we don't pick up the neighborhoods look trashy and gross like where you live.

I'm happy to have to have paid over a quarter million in rent in the last 10 years here. It's a matter of convenience and luxury. The home on the water I own in Australia brings me a nice rental income every month thanks to Ray White property management in Queensland. We all know you can't afford to pay the $2,800 a month I pay to live here by the ocean in Monarch Beach. You're stuck in shithole Boston complaining online 24/7 about how you hate all the poverty stricken criminal black people you're surrounded by everyday (your words) :2 cents: 👄

BaldBastard 07-19-2019 07:06 AM

Just here in Sidney Aystralia I've lived in 3 different suburbs, each has different rubbish removal rules especially recyclable's, one place was monthly another was weekly and where I am now is fortnightly but if you call them.. they come any day except, for electronic waste which is once every 3 months when the local streets are lined with old pc's, microwaves, monitors and super sonic big beat stereo systems of last century.

I'd imagine the USA is very similar and it differs from county to county, suburb to suburb, state to state.

Listen friend, I'm the guy that owns the apartment complexes not lives in them :2 cents:

And depending on where you live determines whether owning is better than renting. I can tell you that owning would be much better in OC.. so you're losing. Same thing in Boston. The property values rise so much you're much better off owning.

And we all know you don't own any property here or abroad :1orglaugh

In Surfers Paradise we had the same thing. we put the stuff out the night before on the street, old sofas TVs etc and people would pick through it throughout the night and the next morning you'd see what the trash man was actually going to pick up and what people had taken, which is an awesome way to recycle/reuse too :thumbsup

It's a treasure trove around here sometimes, In NZ someone would be round with a trailer to get it all and sell via a perpetual yard sale or second-hand shop, it would be a very easy $300 a trailer full. But not in Aus, Sydney especially.

My sister had this old couch she couldn't part with, finally she made the move and tried to sell for $100, no one wanted it, eventually she caved and put it outside her house with a sign "take for free".. no one wanted it, so she called the local salvation army to come and get it... but they didn't want it either, she ended up paying the local council $30 to take it away. Why are you lying?

Southern California home prices fall for 1st time in 7 years

You literally post multiple lies and you expect people to take you at face value :1orglaugh :1orglaugh

You live in shithole Boston, which you HATE and constantly complain about! You're stuck. You don't own shit.

I own one home and that's enough for me. I like the freedom I have renting here by the ocean in California. If I want to pick up and move back to Australia (which was my original plan after my son finished college) I can without having to worry about selling a house and a second mortgage. I'm going to be moving soon. I've been here 11 years time for a change.

brassmonkey 07-19-2019 11:26 AM

they make probation people clean it up. those on community service. it still gets bad because they move the cleanup areas. 35th ave and vanburen is a trashcan.

HairyChick 07-19-2019 07:20 PM

Most areas around here have free trash pickup. Some towns contracted with firms who provide big plastic garbage pails for each address. The truck has workers who place the pails right and machinery picks up and empties the pail. No charge for this. If you don’t comply, trash stays and you’re fined after two days.

My mom doesn’t like to shlep out a big barrel for a small bag or two. She puts her garbage in the neighbor’s barrel with permission and puts their empty barrels in their yard. Her garbage disposal lightens the load.

We have a dumpster but I don’t know if it’s the town that provides it or a private company.

Does your area have a pick up service that routinely misses 1 house and clear the others?

If not you go out and find out why on day 1 after your rubbish is missed.

Sp now it's only different races that migrate?

The problem is people from certain countries are overwhelmingly poorly educated, will end up living off the State, commit crimes, etc. So cherry picking the good ones is needed. You disagree with that and claim it's only racism if illegal immigrants are stopped. It's racism if Mexicans don't clear their rubbish.

Immigrants are great for a country, if controlled. It's racism to claim that Black and Brown people are given a different set of rules to White people.

I’m not sure what the policy is for yard clippings and dead plants. Our lawn service would take the bags when they left. A neighbor did my parent’s house but now she has a local guy doing it. I never asked and assumed he takes it or I’d hear about the problems.

Growing up you could take everything to the dump. Eventually the pile grew too big and they charged you for dropping off stuff.

Some farmers around here take lawn and tree clippings and turn it into mulch. They use it for farm animals, too. Every so often you’ll smell burning grass and leaves. Whole fields of grass consisting of tens of acres are burned. Safely. Dirt trails keep it contained. As a kid we’d drive out past our summer house at night and watch it burn. I felt bad that they couldn’t freeze the grass for horses for next year!

Here, trash is picked up weekly (never heard of a place with stickers; not sure WTF he is talking about); however, if you don't pay your bill they won't pick up your trash.

Special stuff like couches and electronics have to be arranged separately.

I do find it amusing that AIDSwire compares trash pickup as an apartment dweller to that of a homeowner.

He seems pretty old to be a program owner, providing his own content, and still living in an apartment. I stopped doing that by the time I was 21.
