Sorry, my French is gawd-awful, ta ber nak. I never watch anything in French without subtitles otherwise I would be wasting my time. The only show I ever watched in French was Cosmos 1999 (Space 1999) since the local stations weren't playing it in English at the time. Merde.

I grew up in NJ and we spent our summers in Canada... In fact, I lived there for an entire year. My parents made me take French in high school. Now I live in California and.... Everyone speaks Spanish. Go figure.

In the UK, its French that gets taught in school, cause its the nearest foreign language speaking country, but it would have been a lot more useful for them to look one country further over, and taught us Spanish instead...
