Posting howmuch $$ you offering usually brings more attention.

I appreciate the feedback Klen. Experience has shown us that posting compensation publicly is pre-mature and unnecessary.

I already have people submitting interest, that are either unqualified, poor in communication skills, and unable to prove their skill set.

I have found it's best to bite the bullet and figure it out.

I wish I could give you a recommendation.

MakeMeGrrrrowl, we have a very solid understanding of SEO/SEM, and are in need of someone who also knows as much if not more than we do, so they don't need to be monitored constantly. I need part time, an extra set of hands, with the brains and experience to match.
