no its different in code and lighter & Faster

If you had half a brain you would use something like https://www.wpthemedetector.com/ or something similar and see that's NOT a Wordpress theme at all.

Although like j3rkules said it does look very similar to a WP-Script theme which aren't heavy and slow. I have a couple of them speed testing at 96% Page Speed and 88% YSlow on GT-Metrix

I cant determine is it WP or not based on source code, however theme look very similar to some other sites which i'v seen,if not same, for which i am sure they are based on WP.
