Paxum running away with my money?

Now they closed my account and they EFT my money as i received an email from them.

Now today, i received this email from them that my EFT (electronic fund transfer) got rejected and they want reply

And they opened a ticket which i cannot reply.. Also i provided them all proof earlier as you can follow other thread linked above.

What is the point when you already have closed my account and asked same set of questions>?

As usual their support staff doesnt respond by call as well as telegram.

And i didnt even request that EFT, they did it by their own after they suspend my account and reject that themselves.

Looks like there is nothing much ado . . . just wait for your remaining account funds.

Sure there have been numerous stories on Paxum closing accounts, their cards have not been very successful and a number of other issues - BUT - so far - I have yet to hear or read a SINGLE STORY about them ”running away” with your or anyone else’s money.

Hasn’t happened yet, so please do give them the benefit of the doubt! Financial matters have a tendency to take some time, be a little patient.

I don't understand. What did you do to get your account closed? What did they tell you?

Just want to ask if there is a delay in EFT? I haven't got my EFT the usual number of days i am suppose to receive it.

No there are no known EFT delays right now.

For your account - Submitted 7th, Validated 8th - we usually ask you to allow up to 5 business days to receive it after it's validated. So it's still within that timeframe :)

True, they do all kind of shit but they do not run with money. And they are better then paypal in this case, paypal is holding your money for 6 months till they release it.

I agree, they are indeed better than paypal in terms of fees too.. It's very hard to find paxum's alternative in adult biz or i don't know if theres any. I had sweet 5 years with them and its very sad for us they want to close my account.

I fixed that problem by pushing sponsors which have free SEPA transfer.

Allegedly, if you complain on Paxum publically, they will at their discretion, close your account. Perhaps it's to keep their unsatisfied clients in line?

yes but its hard for individual account holder to get INT. transaction approval in my country. we need certified business entity.

at that time i contacted paxum to ban AFSC account.. it was few years ago and till now it wasnt banned.

it sucks..I have paid so many shipped debit card fees...and they canceled after they had problem by them with the main card bank

I got the wire payment today. Thank you paxum and Ruth to sort it out.
