I'm a Soviet guy and I can make a pistol from literally a piece of shit and wood and it will work. However I do understand a difference between a plastic toy and a gun. I didn't get it. That's not a weapon, but a pneumatic toy which can kill (aim eye, arterials etc). E.g. I can kill a human with a spoon. So what? Is a spoon a weapon then?
