even if i was, why would you care and..I'm selling hardlinks, the traffic would be a bonus.
plus, i only mentioned the site visitors so people know it's not one of those copy paste sites that doesn't get updated or cared for..

As for SEO by domain's DR and UR i will pay $100 per year for backlink on this site.
Traffic does not interesting me, as it is very low on this site.

Hardlink = link on another website.
These can be added because the other site simply wants to link to you or they can be bought and sold. As op is doing.

There are also reciprocal links - where you both link to each other.
