Interstitial Ads - SEO?

Hello GFY :pimp

If I add Interstitial Ads between the thumb and video page (full screen) that pop every 5-10 video views. How much will this effect seo?

it doesn't seem like google has any particular problem with interstitial ads (many mainstream sites are using them and ranking) so probably it's only bad for your SEO if it affects your on-site metrics.

It's pretty bad UX though...
