Good websites to recruit models?
 

Hi I started a new production company my site is up but I’m trying to get content done for it. Anyone know any good websites out there to recruit adult female models?

Sexy Jobs is one of the biggest scams there are. If you get one out of 1000 to show up for a shoot you're lucky. Its mostly self made profiles used just tp charge you huge monthly fees with ZERO results. Don't count on this at all. I have NEVER in 20 years shot someone found from sexy jobs.

I would be interested in hearing of some sites too. Most of our models are so big breasted that they never usually consider modeling. Until they see our sites.

I have been on the fence with this one. I did a search for available talent in my area and only saw a couple worthy candidates. The rest looked like washed up crack whores. I'm wondering if the job listing pages get more hits. But I just don't know.. The site is kinda pricey just to try out.

I have to spend a fair amount of time sorting through and contacting the women.
A lot don't want to tell you where they are and many more will lie in order to get
you to spend money.

But less than 1% of the girls on any webcam site are making decent money.
Whereas 99% of webcam girls are hoping to find something that will put $100

This is an interesting conversation since I've been considering using a few webcam girls on my channel (Interviews, etc) and there are a couple I've seen on Chaturbate that I'd be very interested in. I just haven't figured out a good approach to get them interested.

They don't even need to be local either... I can do this via zoom call.

Up until Covid hit, Model Mayhem was good for me. (My content is well within their guidelines).. It used to be I'd post a paid casting call and get more responses than I knew what to do with. These days, do a quick local search and out of 20 that show up on the search page I may be interested in 2.. and they're iffy!

Problem is most people looking for girls do not have the budget or balls to cold call - like seeing someone you like in a store and ask. You can put out casting calls - and as far as strippers go, don't count on them as they usually figure what you're paying them is no where near what they'll get paid for the time off of work. (mind you today is difficult with covid)
