Not sure what aggregator is, bad I think it's more a skin thing than the aggregator itself

Looks like a custom job. Use HTTrack and reverse engineer it.

I don't think your site is using an aggregator, you're presumably just using XML/RSS/API from one site, Stripcash and starting a thread here for some cheap hits. Hope that helps.

That's what I got out of it. Could be wrong.

But as was said earlier, it is not an aggregator. It is an api driven site just like the sister site it links to at cbhours.com.
