Do you always use Screaming Frog on link exchange candidate sites? :) Yes, I'm aware of that problem.
In the start, I allowed people to choose keywords for titles, the result is what you found. My policy is that old posts shouldn't be changed, for me it feels like breaking a deal.
But for new posts, I'm more strict - I learn.
Anyway, somehow all those posts are indexed, no matter those and other shortcomings (really short text, keyword stuffing...).

New here, this website looks great thanks for the author, but anyone could educate me if there would be any risk ?( like google punishment) or any tricks to avoid?

ask 5 adult seo experts (or "mainstream" seo) and you'll get 5 different answers :)

i have my opinion and success with that, but i've seen sites with as dirty blackhat tricks as possible that are even more successful. i've also read about white-as-snow whitehat sites sink after some google search algorithm update

so, there's no recipe for success, something that works for everybody and all the time

check other people's experience on this forum and also bhw forum. read and learn and then decide for yourself

it was in general. when it comes to getting a link from my own site, ask people that got it before if it hurt their rankings or not

please do not send me messages because my answer will always be "write to my email" :) that's the place where i keep all my deals, where i check contacts for previous interactions etc
also, i get email notification in a second, and i check forum most of the time once a week
