Payment Processor that hides your name?

Hello again everybody,
I was looking for a payment processor that actually hides your name.
I mean that as a Freelancer I have a VAT code, and my company name is my actual full name and of course I would like to avoid having my full name displayed when people buy something on my site.

Any idea how to solve this problem?

Thanks!

Change your business name. Seems like the most logical step. in the US, you can get a DBA and operate under that...but if someone wants to know who you are, they can still find out.

So change your own legal name from 'M Smith' to 'B Jones' then ?

I find it funny when i see name/last name on billing statement , saw it recently when i was in one bar. I suppose you will need to ask each payment processor can they do such thing. If it fails, then you would need to find some country which allows easy incorporation online, use it for proccessing and then send money to your local company account.

Have your name legally changed. Just saw sober already suggested that. GMTA

Like baddog agrees, it's not silly if you think about it. If you are REALLY called "Mark Smith", and that's what everyone around you knows you as, because some of the people around you have known you all your life etc, and you changed your name legally to "Bob Jones" You don't have to tell EVERYONE around you that you are now Bob Jones... Everyone will still call you Mark Smith, but on anything legal (The Billing Stuff) the name is legally and aboveboard - Bob Jones...

How could ANYONE ever put together the idea that you are Bob Jones if everyone always knows you as, and still does refer to you as "Mark Smith?"

Most processors can set up a descriptor. We do not show up under our company name on the members CC overview.

Yes we can have your descriptor set to whatever you want it to be.

Please contact [email protected] for more info.

Thanks
