SEO Results and Tools
 

So I was fairly into SEO back in the day but I moved on and haven't looked back for like 3 years. Since July I started working more on one of my websites ( I started reading more and getting more info regarding the latest changes ). I believe I got some very solid links in the last 2 weeks but today suddenly my Organic traffic dropped by more than 60%.

I did go through all the links I can see to see if there is something fishy or probably some Negative SEO but I can't find anything. My question is if you can think of a reason for this, and also if there are some MUST HAVE tools regarding SEO in 2021.

One (or more) of your best ranking pages got hit by DMCA perhaps? 60% is quite the dip. That sucks man.

As of SEO tools, I use SerpRobot. It's a simple and small service, which checks your pages + the keyword rankings every 24 hours, so you can see the history of your rankings per page. Believe it's about $50 per year or so, for quite a large amount of keyword tracking.

Funny thing is I have a small amount of pages and I know my best performer that is bringing most of the traffic.

It shows SERP is better but clicks are far far less...

I was wondering if this could be just a normal drop after bringing some solid backlinks and than it can surpass the ATH ( or I should dive the rabbit hole and seek an issue ).

As for that Tool is there something specific it does better than Search Console (I don't mind paying at all) I am just wondering if it makes sense using it since I have like 30 pages

If SERP is better, but you have less clicks, check if there are new results like rich snippets or check if the way your Meta Title has changes.
