CCBILL support???

Does anyone know why I have been on hold with client support for over an hour now? They have always answered the phone within two rings.

I did live chat as well... twice actually. No response.

Yes it is a Sunday, but the world keeps turning in this business. There is no excuse for a company like CCBill.
