Milk and sugar. I begin thinking about my morning coffee the night before.

Half a cup of water and half skim milk warmed.. Sweetened with honey and instant coffee along with vanilla protein powder.

I drink tea, but I am trying really hard to make a good cup of coffee for my guests.

It's hard to know what's good when you don't know what's good.

What's your guys favorite brand of coffee and your favorite way to make it? I recently got a mocha maker, and that's okay but it's like half a cup (US cups lol) of coffee...so it's a little annoying because I have to do it twice to make one cup.

I regularly drink bailey cappuccino from automated coffee machine, tho obviously it's not actual bailey but just aroma But still quite tasty.

we always use Jurado coffee for our machine...

here in Spain, alcohol is the normal with a coffee, maybe a condensed cream to make a bonbon. Other than baileys a whisky or brandy is nice... mmmm :thumbsup

Curiously, for the first time, we have something in common. That is exactly what I am drinking right now I just bought 2 pounds of beans. But I use an old fashioned percolator.

As I am lazy, I only drink one mug in the morning of Nescafe Gold, no sugar no milk. and I love it. :thumbsup

Usually just milk, but I've also been known to put a little maple syrup in there sometimes lol... I'm very canadian.

The only real coffee is a small Italian espresso. Those big coffee cups Starbucks and co are serving are a disgrace. Its like serving caviar in a Big Mac.

I like Vivace or Intelligentsia beans. I rotate oat milk (gluten-free), soy milk, or almond milk. Organic usually.

For cold brew in the store, Blue Bottle has a blend called Bold, which is effing delicious.

I like to switch up beans from time to time. What are the characteristics you like with those beans?

I just use it to wake up so my cup-o-joe is Folgers instant. Black.

The flavor profile is deeper than it is on regular coffee beans. Very smooth. Some coffee they describe as bright which the flavor profile favors the top end.

I just found a state grown Jamaica that flavor from the bottom all the way through the mids up to the top but it's not a bright flavor

When I drink coffee I can always taste the water I can always tell where the water separates from the flavor of the coffee


I don't really notice that with a Jamaican it's just rich all the way through

I think the best coffee ever had was at the Dorothy Chandler pavilion. amazing. Had to be Jamaican blue mountain

I like Guatemala coffee a lot, Costa Rican. you have to find out the province of the coffee though. Some estates produce better coffee than others and some coffee from the area just blends of the lower quality beans
