Where can I get a TGP Template?

I'm looking for a simple, mobile-friendly TGP template to make galleries with that I will then submit to sites that accept galleries.

Again, something very simple and neat, so that I can change the colors/fonts if I need to etc...

Anyone know of any free or low cost templates?
