Hey y'all.

Are there any creative-minded 'ideas people' who are very comfortable in the R+D stage that have successfully transformed into a 'results person' with a healthy, functioning business model?

Were there any particular revelations, discoveries, or "a-ha!" moments, or is it just a matter of directionless grinding until a pathway emerges?

How about any natural business minded folks - do you have any insights for us space cadets?
