I've worked with hundreds of performers and other SWs across the entire industry for decades and I can say that in my experience, virtually none of them have been basically forced into SW because they are homeless or starving. That's my point and that's the stereotype I'm condemning.

Sure, there are some people in any industry that are "forced" to choose between work and starvation, but in our industry, people join much more because they like the work, they like the people, they are creative, they are performers & entertainers... not because they are forced into it. That's just not reality.
