I see some adult sites can get listed on many porn listing sites in a short period of time. How did they do it? I've tried to approach porn list webmasters (by email)one by one, but progress is slow, most of them don't even respond to my emails. Is there any secret to doing this?

The point is that most of them don't read emails at all, even if I were willing to pay them.

Do a test - Send an email to one who didn't reply. Have it say:
