In 5 minutes!? In short: no. Unique code and logo. I know it's a very basic site, but easy to develop.

the turnkey sites in 2005, top lists, banner exchange image hosting, short URLs, etc etc etc ... those were hot. This guy was selling all 20+ turnkey concepts for 350 dollars or so ... Incredible times.

There was even a Lotto Script, the ability to give away prizes to your users. Was a great bookmark magnet.

Turnkey was still exciting.
