Image upload question
 

I have failed to get much assistance from my buddy Chatbot on this subject so I thought I would check with the gurus in here...

I am using wordpress.
I want to allow visitors to upload an image, under limited conditions.
Before they load the image I want them to select from 3 dropdown fields.
Then when the image is uploaded I would like the results of those 3 dropdown selections to become the categories that the image is identified with?

Is this possible? (I supposed anything is possible) but is it the sort of functionality I am likely to run into when accessing various image upload plugins?
