I've never used Paxum to receive payments as I like stuff hitting my bank account directly, but back when I ran a site (before I sold it) I did use Paxum to pay people I was SERIOUSLY burned by the whole Chexx/Pacnet fiasco (had thousands frozen for eons, had my US corp bank account shut down cuz of Pacnet shenanigans, the emerg flight to New York to open a new one with a diff bank was so super fun and totally not stressful at all) and never thought I'd use another 3rd party service again first Payoneer as a payee when that wannabe movie star ran it, and then Chexx/Pacnet as a payer, totally pilfering and playing with money that wasn't theirs? lol, fuck that shit a woman who worked with me was friends with Octav and she hooked us up via email. we had a really in depth correspondence and I loved that I didn't have to load money BEFORE I paid peeps. rather I paid Paxum after Paxum paid them. as a site owner a total risk-free proposition. yes the wires I sent them sometimes took a long minute to be credited but I can't think (were I still a site owner paying others via 3rd party as option) of any other adult-friendly 3rd party service I'd offer to payees simply cuz of the Paxum funding design alone they stand out Octav is such good people (Ruth too of course, love ya gyal) and I wish him well in all his future endeavors |

Big news right here Ruth!! Hope you and Chris get a phat check and a promotion. Both of you guys basically built Paxum!
Hope you're doin well girl! It's been a minute :) |
Why are people so handicap these days?
AlexCZ, if this is all about IDing your friend, it's quite simple. Stop begging Paxum to function properly. You need to learn from Ruth and Chris the official address for the legal department of Paxum. If they have nothing to hide then they will give it to you, along with the primary legal contact person's full name and email. Your friend will need to address a letter in her native language, formally translated into the language of the legal contact, and in case it's any different, the language of the Notar (Notary) which is local to your friend. The dated and signed cover letter is addressed to the legal contact over at Paxum, and also refers to your friends full legal name, address, email, Paxum account number, and appropriate description of the ID including the control number that is being used, such as a valid passport or other government issued ID. It will also mention that a certified color copy of the ID including language translation from the ID original language to that of the language that the legal representative of Paxum. It should also mention all the failed attempts your friend experienced with dates (if available). The ID translation should be officially translated, with the appropriate translator stamp, etc. Then you go to the notar, present the original ID, and have them make a certified color copy of it. All this means is that they personally inspected the ID, made a copy of it, and swear that the copy is a true copy of the original. The notar will apply their stamp, and signature to this certified copy and the translation document which you should also copy. The documents should be bound by the multi color thread used by the notar. Make two sets of this. One is an original to mailed, the other is a certified copy of the set to keep for your records. Send the entire original document package which has been notarized to Paxum using a service which provides tracking. Find out from Paxum in advance, if they require an apostille. If yes, include it. If you are going from one EU country to another EU country, there really should not be an issue. While this is a pain in the ass, Paxum must legally accept this document package, process it, and if the ID is legitimate (real), they must approve your friend. It will cost you money and time. See if Paxum will at least credit your friend the costs which could run you about 60 and 70 EUR. Good f-ing luck! |
