I went to sign up and in select a country nothing there for USA ?

I tried myself and got to the form - United States is there but you need to scroll slowly as it jumps and misses it when you simply click the down button

i tried signing up for personal account and ive done my ID verification FIVE times now and they rejected my utility bill for proff of address THAT HAD MY NAME AND ADDRESS... how silly of me to try that.

waving the white surrender flag with Paxum. Now I understand the stories

I'm sorry you've had a negative experience. Are you only planning to receive payments? If you want to issue payments you'll need to create a business account.

Negative is beyond words , now I get a message my proof of address was not accepted because it was not a color copy. Really. And a buddy I wont bring out tried to withdraw a large sum of money but was denied without reason.

That's unfortunate. We have always requested color versions of ID and proof of address. I'd be happy to look into your account if you change your mind about your application. My email is [email protected]

With regards to your friend, if they're withdrawing to a USA bank then it's entirely possible they simply need to update their banking information as we need Domestic USA ABA instead of international ABA. I'd be happy to look into the situation for your friend as well if needed. Or they can reach out to our support team directly for assistance via [email protected] or from inside their account interface. Our support team is very good at taking care of our customers.
