Contact that actually replies at Paxum
I've been trying to reach Chris and Ruth at Paxum for over a few weeks both Skype and numerous emails with no response, does anybody have a contact over there that actually responds? I have couple on going issues that has not been fixed for months, what is going on over there?
Their ticket / support system is not so helpful either <sigh> :helpme |

I'm sorry you're having difficulties. I last replied to you in May this year. I'll check for further emails from you now. Please note that for support issues you'll usually have best results by first contacting our support department for assistance as that is their dedicated focus. You can open a ticket inside your account interface, or you can email our team at [email protected] and they're usually able to assist and resolve issues. We also have live chat on the website, and you can always call our toll free support line. When you contact me for support type issues I have to escalate them to another department to get the answers or resolution, as I don't work in the support department myself. It adds an unnecessary step to contact me first when you can go directly to the support team for assistance. I'm happy to look into something if you ever reach an impasse with the support team, but usually the support team can get things sorted out. As mentioned, I'll check for additional emails from you and get back in touch. --- With regards to speculation about myself and Chris and Paxum; The company is not for sale, everything was already settled when Octav made his retirement announcement. Ruth the Compliance team / Support ticket is not helping and on top makes zero sense on what the requirement is after submitting countless updated recent real docs. This is why I need to reach you. This has been an ongoing issue that should be resolved within a few days (max a week), it is only to get the a new pre-paid MC. This has been over 2 months and now the current card is expiring. It has been a nightmare to deal with the support team. Please reply to my emails.

This thread contains RuthB's last post on this board. It's now 3+ months later. Has she parted ways with Paxum? Was hoping to get someone competent to handle a problem I'm having at Paxum, but it doesn't look good. :(
