Need a basic HTML TGP coded
 

I am looking for a fairly basic photo gallery coded in HTML.

Here's what it needs:

1. Place for 728x90 header graphic
2. Paragraph for introductory text
3. four rows of three images that can be hotlinked to external pages
4. Place for footer text.

That's it. I want to use this for a template on for a side project.

I haven't coded anything from scratch in HTML in about 20 years. So I would rather just buy from someone who is active.
