They change of Telegram channel to an upgraded service when I contact them to know what happened to my previous balance they answered me :

"The owner of the previous panel just disappeared with his clients money, he was one of our resellers."

It is just 20 bucks but trust is broken don't deposit big amount to their services.

Any clarification from OP would be great as he was sounding like the owner of the bot.
