Porn Studios, Amateurs or porn actors on my Tube
 

I recently joined the xxx niche with site creation and seo is no problem... but my only problem is the content.

I have seen on several sites and I give the example pornhub that there are a lot of porn studios/amateurs/actors promoting their website .

How do I convince a film studio or an actor to want to put the content on my tube, considering that my traffic is very low at the beginning?

if I contact them now at the beginning do you think there's a chance they'll accept? or wait until my site gets traffic

You can start to take the free content offered by the sponsors and promote their sites. They are offering between 3 to 10 mins clips to be used in Tubes.
Be sure to read the T&C of all the sponsors to ensure you have the right to used them on a free tube.

I think best way would be to make upload process simple and stupid. something like bulk upload without too much hassle.

This. We have hundreds if not thousand of scenes, make it easy to bulk upload, best even with autogenerated preview pics as well titles based on 5-6 tags so we waste no time.

As somone stated, you can join sites as an affiliate, and many provide mp4 films you can use.

Some may allow you access to the members area and let you use full films.

Before you do anything, plan things first. For instant you may want to stick to a niche rather than have lots of sites, as this may get you more hits.

One option too is go to the content section of this site as you can buy full films with tube rights.

One thing to note is running a tube can become expensive and you may find you make not much from it.

You also need to be carful if you let the public upload as you may end up with legal problems if you have pirated content or worse.
