The reasons I want to sell are many. Lists them in no particular order.

1. I have a progressive rheumatic disease. The pain has gradually increased over the past five years, and means that I have difficulty sitting for long periods of time.

2. I have been doing this for 11 years now. I literally feel nauseous just thinking about it. I'm grateful for the time I had with it, and I've been able to treat myself to everything I want, trips with the family to places many don't even know exist. All that stuff isn't funny anymore. I value other things in life more than money.
I have done the same thing EVERY day for eleven years. I'm tired of it, I'm so terribly tired of it.

3. I have five beautiful children and a wonderful partner. I have sacrificed way too much time on this over the years.

WHAT IS REQUIRED FROM THE PERSON WHO WILL RUN THIS:
What will be required of you is what has been required of me. I have spent 32 hours a week, seven days a week, year round. However, there is no requirement for it to run seven days a week, in my case it has only been about maximizing the amount of $.


WHAT YOU GET:
