What is wrong with Paxum customer service, they do not return phone calls or email!!!
Does anyone have a different solution than paxum or know how to fund ones paxum account without using crypto?

nickey1952, Ruth and the rest of Paxum are good people. I don't know how it all works exactly but I am pretty sure it is complicated especially when having to deal with all kinds of rules and regulations in various countries. Of course not receiving funds when expected can be stressful, but cut Ruth some slack. She & Paxum have your back.

Ruth has always been on point

i start with support@paxum, they answer immediately , if i dont understand, i hit ruth or add , never an issue

only issus is for us americans pulling money out, that hurt :(


i tried the ach function, i thought good and bank rejected, it was a test for $ 50, when i got email saying on way, then i dod $ 350, thats in limbo, praying on way to my bank or i screwm and ruthie poo :)
