Are there any useable auto poster programs for social media?
 

Im looking for a way to automagically post to my own social media accounts using a script or PC based application where I can load up a bunch of images, articles, etc, set a date to them and just forget about it.

Does such a thing exist thats actually useable?

Yeah, a bunch. You can go with something like Sprout Social or Hootsuite which is on the pricier side but have a more extensive set of features you may or may not need or on the more budget friendly side Buffer or SocialPilot.
