Joining a porn site with Pay (through Epoch)

I didn't know that it was possible to have it set up so that people can join your porn site through PayPal. Like at FTV Girls. They use the billing company Epoch to do this.
Does anyone else use Epoch so that people can join their sites through PayPal?

Epoch has facilitated pp purchases for a long while now

still the same processing fees as cc purchases, pp purchases need to be under a certain percentage of overall sales (please someone correct me if I'm wrong on that), but not a new payment option

I actually do remember seeing this before a few years on a website. Don't see it often though. So it seems only a few sites offer this option.

When you say that Pay Pal payments have to be under a certain percentage of overall sales do you mean that you need to have a lot of people joining each day through PayPal for them to accept you to use the Pay Pal option? So if only one or two people were joining your site through the Pay Pal option that would not be enough sales for you to use the Pay Pal join option?

quite a few sites offer payment via pp through Epoch, you just don't see it until you click through to a join page. or, in the case of cam sites, join and then to load your account with funds to spend on the platform

as to the specific rules for percentages of pp sign-ups etc, I honestly have no clue. after the joys of dealing with Zombaio back in the day I just got my own MID and never looked back lol

I just recall a site owner mentioning once that pp couldn't be over a certain percentage of overall sales. whether or not that is true anymore, and what the percentage is, if still a thing, I have no idea

why not contact Epoch and ask about this stuff? specifics often can vary (with any processing system) based on overall volumes and location of business anyway

They specifically don't want you just using them for the Paypal option alongside another biller like CCBill or your own merchant account. In your example of one or two people joining, that is what they do want. I don't remember the "official" ratio but I have heard some people report that their Epoch sales can be as high as 50% Paypal.
